Belfast Area Worker
Since launching in 2021, Exodus Belfast has been committed to reaching, discipling and partnering to see the young people of Belfast boldly following Jesus, through Teams, DISCIPLES, school programmes and outreach events.
In recent years, the Belfast centre has experienced significant growth, with participation in our core programmes increasing nearly threefold between 2022 and 2025.
We also see that despite this growth, certain groups of young people are currently underrepresented in our activities; particularly young men, young people from Catholic backgrounds and young people with no church connection.
As we look ahead, we want to continue to invest in young disciples and leaders while extending our reach to those groups of young people who are currently “less likely” to engage with our opportunities.
